Default Annoying clamps

Anyone know how to remove these clamps? They appear to be everywhere in my B5 A4. Channel locks and a flat head just aren't cutting it. I need to get a hose off and they're on either end.

Someone posted about a tool here in the TT forum but I'm not sure what it is or where to get it:

Much appreciation in advance.

hardware store

either the electrical wiring section for the wire cutters or the plumbing section for the actual clamp tool

I couldn't find the clamp tool in the plumbing section of a Home Depot. Vise grips did the trick, but it ripped it apart. Someone else told me the dealership sells the tool but it's like a 150 bucks. So I think I'm gonna give up on getting that tool.
