Hi guys, I have an Audi 3.0 TDI (232 hp) Quattro 2006 with automatic transmission. I have 220 000 km on it and I want to change the oil in the transmission so I contacted the Audi service and they told me that the transmission on my car uses "Arf Green Oil" and that this type of oil is really expensive and it shouldn't be changed. Now my question is, is this correct that I shouldn't change the oil in the transmission. The transmission is "ZF 6HP19A".

 

This is one reason I don't like the dealers sometimes. What is the transmission code? If it's DSG, Blauparts has as fluid change kit for it.
