1998 Audi A4 PCV location and overactive alarm
Hello again,
Today I'm trying to locate the PCV on my 1.8t A4. I think I have found it, but want to make sure I'm correct before I tear things apart. I took a few pictures of the suspect that is underneath the intake manifold towards the firewall on the left side of the engine. I also took a photo of my replacement.

My alarm seems to just go off randomly. It happened at work today so I unlocked and locked the car again. 20 minutes later it happened again. I finally got it to stop by unlocking/lock the car and roll the windows up (it was a hot day so I wanted to vent the car). This is the fourth or fifth time something like this has happened. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to cure the issue?
