I just recently changed my battery and now when i am about to break at a light my car turns off. ive had this problem before after i had disconnected my battery terminals to instal a audio system.after a few starts it went back to normal.so yesterday i changed my battery completely because it was dead and now its doing the same thing as before.my rpm's are low and not at the ususual 1000 rpm level.does the computer need to reset after a few starts or what??

 

Check your battery terminals to make sure they are tight. Also there is a fuse on the + cable that gets corroded. It's right next to the terminal.

 

You might need a throttle body alignment.
