Default Audi TT RS Bogus "DO NOT EXCEED 4000RPM" Alarms

I have a 2013 Audi TT RS.

Dealer Visit #1 - The car was working perfectly fine until I took it into the Audi Dealer for it's 5000 mile servicing. Received it back with an issue that wasn't there before. A lack of acceleration in the lower RPM range.

Dealer Vist #2 - Returned the car for an hour. Shop foreman read from the on-board computer so that the information may be sent off to a specialists. Received the car back with now a seconds issue. The dash meter panel now lights up "DO NO EXCEED 4k RPM" when I'm only going 10-25 miles an hour while in the process of releasing the clutch back into gear (after having just coasted with the clutch pedal pushed to the floor). Engine light on solid / stays on.

Dealer Visit #3 - Had the car towed into the Audi Dealer. They replaced the High Pressure fuel pump and said the car was ready for pick up. The same day I had the same "DO NOT EXCEED 4K RPM" failure occurred twice.

Dealer Visit #4 - I purchased a Sony Action Cam and recorded the issue happening for them twice back to back within 3 miles. Saved the video on a thumb drive, delivered the car and the thumb drive to them.

Have any of you experienced the above issues before?

Again, the Audi TT RS was working fine before I had taken it in for its 5k mile servicing (while still at 4300 miles).

How many service attempts does a dealer have allotted them in order to repair an issue they had created (on a 6 month old car)?

I'm sitting on my hands waiting to get the car back again. Hopefully they can resolved what issues they had caused during the cars routine servicing. This week was my once a year vacation, where I was scheduled to take the TT RS to an Audi Club associated High Performance Driving Class, then drive, drive, and drive some more in a land far far away (out of state) to a couple cool spots that I haven't been to in a while. Instead, I canceled all my reservations, and am spending my vacation here at home waiting for a phone call from the dealer. Hopefully to say "Your Car Is Ready" for the last time.
