Hello,

I am not sure as to where else to ask this question but I was wondering if there was anyway to strengthen or modify the automatic transmission in a 2000 S4 so that it could handle the increased boost from a stage three turbo kit upgrade.

All the turbo upgrades I see are for the manual transmission and when I asked why they told me it is because the automatic can not handle the increase in boost. Is there anyway for me to fix this?

You can try Level 10. I have had experience with them and its been about 50/50. Their trans rebuilds ($$$) hold up the power well; you can brake torque up to 2500 so that you can launch while under boost. But sometimes their customer service sucks. levelten.com
