so my driverside xenon hid bulb goes in and out sometimes. it would take 5-6 tries for it to come on sometimes...but once its on it doesnt turn off by itself. i lived with this until one day it completely stopped working.

i took the headlight housing off, now i cant get the bulb out of the ignitor/ballast. ive even unhinged the clips holding the bulb in, but the ignitor/ballast wont turn loose from the bulb?? the other side came out with no issue. can anyone help me with this? its been stuck for like 3 weeks and i cant get it out no matter what. maybe ill post some pictures or videos but this sounds like such a dumb problem.
