After alot of gooling and searching this forum I can't find what base timing should be for my 2.3 in my audi 80 quattro. The PO messed with the timing and it pinged. I set the timing by ear. It dosn't ping anymore but still not running tip-top. Is there a walk-threw for doing this? Even just the base timng for the car would be great.
