Battery Management System damaged ?
Had someone drive into the back of my A6 allroad, few days later the radio shutdown, day later the sat nav shut down and then the car wouldn't start. Audi Assist say its the BMS dameged but the insurance company say its a different issue, diagnostics show problem with the digital amplifier ? can that be a consequence of damage to BMS ?

what year is your car?
most of us have older model cars that do not have a battery management system (assuming it is what I think it is).
As I understand it, the "computer" keeps track of the battery age, charge levels, and charge/discharge cycles and tries to manage these to extend the life of the batter and recommend a new one when the current battery is "out of spec". I really don't see how that could damage the amplifier but digital systems can be touchy when they experience power supply problems
good luck
