The A4 is somewhat more luxurious and sportier. The Accord is bigger/roomier, will likely be more reliable, last longer, and hold it's value better. I have an 08 Accord and have only spend money on maintenance/wear out items, nothing has ever broken. There aren't too many original owners of 8 year old Audi's with 145K miles that could say the same
