Broken Vac Line Help!
Hi Guys and Gals, I'm new to the Forums and boy am I impressed, seems like every time I search for anything Audi, or DIY this is the first place with good answers! Very Cool! Well Onto My problem.
Vehicle:
1. Year of car: 2001
2. Model of car: A6
3. What engine & TIP or 6sp: 2.7T Tip
4. Miles: 94,000
5. FWD or Quattro: Quattro
6. Any CELs or stored codes: P0706, P1136, P1138, P0300-P0306, P1476
Problems!
Well I know about the Transmission Range Sensor, and I've already read the DIY on the DIY Forum (Great Job BTW). So that will be taken care of. But the other codes are vac leaks I believe, I took it into my local Audi Dealership to get the possible part numbers of the parts I need. Got the Part Number for the Tranny Switch (01V919821B), and there also saying I need a "PIPE" (078131831L) which I have found, and possibly fixed. The bracket used to attach one of the hoses was just broken so the seal would break when it was moved. So I put a little metal liner clamp on it to keep it snug. BUT when i was working on that I found a few things else that may be broken and I have no idea what it is or where its supposed to connect. So Heres some pics of it.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
