Can I retrieve codes with Vag-Com if motor/trans are out?
Guys,
As the title says, I pulled the motor and the trans out, Is there a way to retrieve my codes? I lost the number but I believe it was a Torque converter problem but I just wanted to confirm.

Prolly depends on if the ECU/TCM are still hooked up and readable.. dunno. However, why? You will get nothing but error codes...
