Hi everryone I have a 96 A4 and my display on my climate control goes in and out. Dose anyone have any expeirence with this and how easy is it to fix. Would it just be easier to find a used one that works? Thanks

 

One of several things you can do and several things that can be wrong. one just replace it with a new one(alot of moolah), 2 theres a rebuild kit on ebay for $60 it includes a new lcd and connectors. 3 pull it out, remove the three screws. carefully disconnect the lcd and untwist the several tabs on the back carefully remove it and with alcohol swabs clean out the lcd and connectors. also follow this link, this is how i temporarily fixed mine.
