I have been offered the opportunity to purchase a 2010 Audi A4 2.0T FWD that only has 20k miles on it but was regularly serviced according to time opposed to mileage.

My question is ... should I be concerned regarding the insanely low miles on this vehicle and due to it's age and lack of use anticipate higher maintenance costs? Thinking rubber parts / fittings / belts / etc

This vehicle aside, how is the 2010 B8? Should I be considering newer years 2013 or 2014 per say?
