I need help with diagnosing a major coolant leak for a 2002 A-4 AWD. Car does not overheat....dealer changedthe plastic hose $800.......(sorry, I don't know the correct term)....car still leaking antifreeze. Brought it back to dealer because I observed puddles of antifreeze in driveway as well as antifreeze sprayed on exterior of car and windshield....they did a pressure test and did not find a leak. No anti freeze in oil, no smoke from exhaust, there is an antifreeze odor in vehicle......
Dealer thinks we are crazy, and refuses to call the field rep, Audi Customer rep is of no value. My husband is picking up vehicle today without being repaired. Any ideas of what could be causing the leak despite the fact that the pressure test doesn't show where the leak is coming from???

 

Are you adding antifreeze to the G-12 reservoir?
