Default correct alloy wheel bolts

please forgive what to you guys is prob a very stupid question but ive looked into it & am more confused now than when i started.

i have a 96 a4 2.6. ive bought a set of 18" rs4 replicas for it. now ive learned since buying them that the m14 bolts i need have two types, the ones for standard audi alloys (rounded collar) & the ones for aftermarket alloys 60 degree taper (flat collar).

i was told be the "expert" that sells the bolts that because they are aftermarket i will need the flat collar ones, but having examined the wheel, the part where the collar sits on the wheel seems rounded exactly the same as hte one on my standard audi alloys. i dont want to put these wheels on with the wrong type of bolts (as i dont know if the wheel will rip off, like using bolts from steel wheels with alloy wheels). can anyone offer any advise? unfortunately i cant track down a name of the maker of the wheels, just that they are rs4 replicas.

any help anyone could offer would be very appreciated, thanks john
