Hi just bought a 2000 TT 225bhp, whilst driving other boom to oil cap and dipstick was blown out! Oil all over engine! Day after back home I start the car and tick over is very spluttery and when apply revs blows oil cap off! Am I right in thinking it's the head as valves arnt opening properly

 

Turbo? Could be the valve (I forget the name) that prevents boost pressure from entering the crankcase from the intake.
