Dealership maintenance question

I have the factor maintenace for my 04 A6. How often do they cover it? Every 10K?? I should change the oil every 5K though. right?

I have an 04 Audi as well and they did a service "check-up" at 5K and changed the oil for me and it should all be under the service warranty.
