Anyone seen a write up or how to on changing the belt on a 1.8 audi TT ? I just want to see how involved it is for a diy project, I do not expect it to replace a manual etc...


I may want to tackle this myself, nearest shop wants $1100, that seems about 3 to much for the kit installed.........

Thanks, but I am fairly certain there are a few more steps involved to get to the belt area. What is involved in placing the motor in the service position? How much of the car needs to come apart to get to the thing etc...

I cant beleive nobody has done a write up for the web on this?

 

all that's required is what the pictures say and never heard of service mode
