EPC light coming on, PO322 code

After driving my car then turning it off then re-starting the EPC light comes on. Code is PO322 Ignition/distributor Engine Speed input circuit G-28, No signal, sporadic. Does anyone know how hard this is to repair???

sounds like you might have a wiring problem with the crank/rpm sensor or the sensor is starting to go down
