ESP and EPC light on.

ESP and EPC light on.
EPC and ESP lights come on, car stalls or goes into limp mode. turn on turn off a few times and everything works again, lights off. intermittent problem.
The stealership wants to replace entire engine wiring harness $1665. Codes are P1545, P0121, P0123
any input? Thanks in advance!
