Hi, can anyone help me please? I have a 2009 Audi A4 with the IPOD adapter in the glove compartment. I took the car in for service last week for its 15K mileage and the next day when I went to hook up my IPOD, it wouldn't work. There is this message "external input device active" that I never saw before that appears in the window when I hit my media button. Any ideas? Could I have damaged the adapter pulling it out of my IPOD quickly? Oh, I did call the dealer and he said "I have no idea, you would have to bring the car in?".
