Default Gauge Cover?

Does anyone know how to remove the clear gauge cover in the dash? It is dirty on the inside and I need to take it out to clean it. I don't want to take it in for something like that. They'll kill me to do it. Thanks in advance!

Default RE: Gauge Cover?

to clean the inside you must rip the audi tape on the cluster - not a great idea. otherwise, im not sure about b5 but b6 and b6.5 is easy, pop out the little plastic peice on the bottom between the buttons and remove two screws on the sides, the cluster will come right out and just pop the plastic clips and i think two screws and its apart.
