I have a 2010 Audi A4 with 77k on it and it does not have a CEL and whenever I shift down from 1st to 2nd it’s kinda rough it’s worse when I have it in manual mode but when I have it in sport it’s not as bad but still noticeable and drive it’s pretty much nothing. I just put a new transmission mount and had the shop do tranny fluid flush and change along with the oil. The transmission mount did help a lot from coming to a stop and going and cleaner shifts but it didn’t solve the 2nd to 1st problem. Any ideas?

 

The dealer can reflash or reprogram your transmission.
