Ok, I am at my wits end right now with Audi. The week before X-mas 2006 I hit a deer on the interstate here in Illinois. Took out the whole front end of the car, windshield, etc. in my 4 month old A4 Quattro. I understood that it would take some time to get parts, but here I sit a month later still waiting for a headlight wiring harness before they can finish my car at the body shop. Supposedly it is on backorder and there is no release date set for the part. What that means it that I am going to have to wait another 2 weeks for this part. Supposedly it is me and on other poor sap who are waiting on this same part

Who can I call to bitch at from Audi?? Am I just completely screwed?

I sure hope you insurance company is covering it...if so...make them get you a loaner!
