Default Help with B7 S4 please

Hey everyone been working on an issue with my s4 that I can't seem to solve. It is an 05.5 B7 S4 with 120k miles. A couple weeks ago I left my house and stopped down the street at the gas station. I had let the car run for 5-10 minutes before driving because i hadn't driven it all week and it was very cold here. It started and run fine here but once I got gas and started the car back up I could immediately tell it was misfiring badly and had a flashing cel pop up. The car is completely cat less so very easy to tell the difference in exhaust note besides other symptoms. Luckily I was right down the street (literally about a quarter mile from my driveway is the gas station I was at) so I limped home barely touching the gas and shut her off. We scanned the car with a generic obd 2 scanner (non vagcom) and found misfires in cylinders 1, 2, 3, and 4. Car was due for plugs and a new air filter so went ahead and did that hoping the plugs would fix the problem. I used ngk 3199 plugs as directly by local dealer supplier. Did them all correctly etc and then started the car. Same symptoms but still random misfire code and misfires on all passenger side cylinders only. It felt like it was running a little better but still shaking slightly at idle and flashing cel. Car would not die though just kept sputtering. I listened under the hook for chain noises praying to god it wasn't a timing issue and didn't hear anything out of the ordinary (besides it running like a $2 *****). I figured the next most likely thing would be the ignition coils so ordered 4 of the updated ones from jhm and replaced all passenger side cylinders. Just started it back up and still running the same with the new coil packs in. I don't have a scanner with me right now but am just looking for some input as I'm sure we will get the same misfires from the passenger side etc when we do scan it tomorrow. I will have an actual vag com here tomorrow so I'm hoping maybe that can help me get some more info. I am not a huge mechanic but I love audis and it is killing me having her running like this. I do have an a4 as well as my daily driver so luckily I've still been able to get around. I have learned a lot from this site and really appreciate all the great knowledge on here. I'm hoping you guys can give me some input or ideas as to which direction to go from here before I have to tow it to the stealership

Thanks in advance guys!

Not sure if it matters but oil and filter were just changed about 300 miles ago. Also forgot to mention we did try running the car with the maf sensor unplugged to see if that was the issue with no change.

Thats not a good sign that all the misfires are on one bank. Def be interested to see your VagCom results when you get them posted. I would do a compression test next, at least on Bank 1.

Vag com today and ill have a copy of the test results later to share but found out it was actually only misfiring in cylinder one after clearing codes. Very few misfires in cylinders 2 and 3 that could easily just be from cylinder one misfiring. No issues in cylinder four at all whatsoever now. The guy who scanned it is a former VW tech and said he is leaning more towards a bad injector now. Also found out I need a new battery today which I will replace soon (had to jump the car after running codes to get it started). It ran fine for a second or two after clearing codes and jumping it but immediately went back to misfiring in cylinder one with just a few intermittent misfires in 2 and 3 but none in 4 now at all. I will post codes later but got nothing specific except misfire codes for the 3 said cylinders now and a strange transmission limp mode code. It is a automatic 6 speed tip transmission. I was happy to see nothing serious pop up and the scan and will be more than happy with a bad injector rather than other more serious things. I also need to do my vavle cover gaskets as they are getting leaky but I don't think that's contributing to the issue and as soon as I can drive her to my buddies house ill replace those. I've seen a few issue with bad injectors but any thoughts on this guys? Maybe running some fuel cleaner if its just a dirty injector or is it more than likely in need of replacing in that cylinder. Any thoughts on this guys? Thanks in advance!

Here's the vag com scan guys, the maf sensor codes were just left over from trying to run it with it unplugged before. After clearing and rescanning it did not come back at all. Input would be valuable guys. Thanks!

The misfire counter was very high for cylinder one and extremely low for 2 and 3 leading me to believe the slight misfire in those cylinders is just being caused by the major misfire in cylinder one. Didn't want you guys to think 2 and 3 were misfiring badly since they show up in the faults along with number 1 bc they did have a few misfires

Talk to a VW mechanic buddy today and he said weak signal caused by my dead 8 year old battery could be what's causing the running issues now. Codes contain weak signal from ecu so I am really hoping that's it. Any thoughts or similar experience with an old dead battery causing issue like this guys? Does anyone even get on here anymore ? Input would be greatly appreciated. I plan on getting a new battery this week.

I don't have a scanner with me right now but am just looking for some input as I'm sure we will get the same misfires from the passenger side etc when we do scan it tomorrow. I will have an actual vag com here tomorrow so I'm hoping maybe that can help me get some more info.
