How can i activate the headlight washers on my S4?

How can i activate the headlight washers on my S4?
i know it has a button somewhere that makes the washers in the front bumper to come out and wash the headlights....i just can't figure it out for the life of me.
Anyone know? pics would be greatly appreciated.

if you have any air in the line it sometimes takes what seems like an inordinately long time of holding the washer stalk before the headlight sprayers activate.
