How to get a replacement key...?

How to get a replacement key...?
I tried to do a forum search for this but "key" is too short a word to search... 
Anyhow... I picked up my new Audi today, a 2002 3.0L A4. Unfortunately, it only came with one key. In addition there was no Emergency Key and no Tag with key number for ordering replacements. So, how do I get a spare key...? Surely if I have one of the original keys and/or title paperwork, etc. I should be able to get one from Audi...? If so, how much can I expect to pay...?
