Smile Inexpensive option for the entire exhaust system for 1990 Audi 90 Quattro 20V

Good evening to all:

Looking for an inexpensive way to replace the entire exhaust system from catalytic converter all the way to the end for 1990 Audi 90 Quattro 20V. Got rear ended, now the catalytic converter is making noise, something is loose inside making raddling sound when you start the car and when you drive it. Insurance company told me the car is toast, only give me money so I can buy it back, they don't want to pay for any repair, cost too much so they said. Exhaust was bent downward, impact point was the exhaust pipe so it got pushed down, now it is hanging loose. Insurance company said it will cost them $1,500 to replace the entire exhaust, won't do it! Any suggestions? Many thanks!
