Default Intake elbow removal

I haven't seen how the intake elbow comes off of the throttle body a '99 Audi with a 2.8 30V.
Can someone who knows the secret let me know too?

Thanks in advance!

looking at my data from the throttle body (which is locked on by a hose clamp) and the rest is part of the air box so its a single unit

Well it moves just a bit and there are pictures of it being off in my manual, but it doesn't say how to do it.
The thing is hard plastic and I'm affraid it'll break if I get too rough.

typical manual Haynes I bet, you must unbolt the air filter housing first and the rest is obvious,

don't forget to unplug all the electrics to the MAF and things first
