Default Loss of Power- Urgent

Hi all, i have a 2005 Audi A6 3.0 TDI quattro (230kms) with sudden loss of power. I would try to accelerate but the car will be stuck at 30-40km/h with the engine roaring. The engine light will appear on the dash. However, if i stop and leave the car for 30mins/1 hour, the problem is gone until i stop the engine and restart. Ive been to a mechanic, he changed the trottle flap actuator (€450) but the problem reappeared a week after. Can anyone help or advise? I've been reading online and it seems it may be the EGR valve or the actual turbo to be replaced.

What are the OBD codes the ECU is reporting?

Hi, the codes are 005445, 013128. The mechanic put a new trottle flap actuator but this didnt resolve the problem.

Ask him if he did the Throttle Body Adaptation procedure. Simply swapping out the TB won't fix the issue.

Code 013128 is a Turbo Control Circuit code.

Thanks Dave. I will ask him. Do you think the turbo is faulty or the EGR valve?
