Drunk and ran off the road hit the front passenger side and slung him in a clockwise rotation into the tress. this was st like 100MPH

Such a shame. Looking at the pictures it looks like there was a passanger involved too. Are my assumptions correct?

Some people say it was a stunt. I mean come on, look at the tree bark, the damage to the tree isnt deep. There are no splinters. And david he was going 60 mph (so the spedo says).
