I have a screen problem and i think a video says it all

maybe someone know / is formiliar with this problem and can help me.

the videoscreen with dvd is not right and the tv does not work
i dont know if there is a tv receiver in my car.
what i do know is that there is a media box behind the dashboard but i think that is only for the dvd player.
inscription of the media box is 1212a media.

my car is a 2003 A6 avant 2.5 v6 pro line full option AUDI ow and also an MT with the normal problems (not driving perfect atm)

hope to see a sollution here.
