Dear all Audi enthusiasts,

I need some help/recommendation. If your guys can help me with this, it would be really great because I have no clue what is wrong with my car seriously.

My car broke down couple of days ago. It is A4 2000 2.8 Quattro. The milage is now roughly 80K. The problem is the car just won't go. I can start the engine, listen to radio, turn on AC, open the window, but when I go toD gear, the car won't go even with acceleration (though I can hear the engine roaring upon me stepping on the accelerator--like a normal car that is working). I tried gear 2, 3, and 4, and the car won't go either.

Some background: The electronics have been malfunctioning for a while. So, because of that, I did not know that the oil levelhas been low (I think there is a leak--just notice oil drops at the bottom of my car by the right front wheel) and the coolant has been low as well (though this should affect only AC, not theengine,right?). The night before it broke down, the car did not go when I lifted my foot from the brake pedal. I had to step on the accelerator for a bit before the car jerks forward and go as usual. By the end of the night, I could smell burn and see smoke from the left rear wheel and a bit from the left front wheel (not as bad as the rear). I thought I would send the car to garage in morning but it broke down when I woke up so now I cannot even drive them to the garage.

So summary
-The car won't go though the engine can be heard
-Oil and coolants have been low
-The car did not go as well the night before so theprocess of my car breaking downwas gradual
-Burn smell and smokefrom the left rear wheel and a bit from the left front wheel

I will take them to garage on Monday (probably get a tow) but would like to know what might be wrong and estimated cost (I just sent them to garage earlier this year and paid like 2K so I really don't want to spend as much / get ripped off anymore).
