P0301 cylinder 1 misfire detected...

The car just all of a sudden started to run real shitty i changed out the spark plug noticed that there was oil above the plug!! I'm not sure what to do next i did a pressure check it read at 150.. Any ideas??

 

If you have a 1.8t, it might be the ignition coil for cylinder 1.
Reset the code, swap this coil with another and see if the code moves.
