Need help replacing water pump.

Can anybody tell me how to loosen the tensioner of the serpantine belt on a 1994 Cabrio 2.8 liter and then how to loosen the tensioner of the timing belt?

Old school, i don't remember exactly how to do it on that motor. I would definately buy yourself a bentley manual for that job though, you'll need it.
