Default Audi timing chain malfunctioned - it was sold defectively - need litigation advice

I have a 2010 Audi A4 whose engine broke down because the car's timing chain malfunctioned. The timing chain broke because of a defect that must have existed in the car when I bought it - it could not have occurred since then as I have had the car regularly and properly serviced, and the car is not old. I bought the car used certified from Audi.

I spoke to Audi and Audi does not want to do anything to help me with this situation. Because Audi won't help me, and I am in this predicament because Audi sold me a defective vehicle, I am going to have to take them to court.

Does anyone have any advice they can give me regarding taking Audi to court?
