Default Oil soaked timing belt

So I've had an oil leak for about 7,000 miles(since I had my head rebuilt), it turns out it's a cam seal, and oil got all over my brand new timing belt. Should I replace the belt and if so should I then replace the pully and tensioner, or can I just replace the belt seeing how I only have about 7,000 miles on them.

pulley and the tensioner are fine and yes replacing the belt would be a good idea
