I've recently purchased an 02 audi a4 1.8t, and inside was an odd module with an rj11 phone connection, I decided to half-hazardly remove it like an idiot with scissors and elbow grease, and found myself left with a wire loom consisting of red/blue/black wire underneath the dashboard leading behind the center console. My predicament now is that I no longer have functional power windows or sunroof, nothing else seems to be affected, was hoping someone might have some insight what my ignorance may have gotten me into.

 

Did you check all of the fuses? That's the first & cheapest place to look.
