I really need to know if 16" factory rims from a 2006 Audi A4 will fit on my 1999 A4 Quattro. Both cars are Quattro and A4's but I just want to be sure the swap will work. Any and all information on this topic will be greatly appreciated!

Audi hasn't changed their bolt pattern in quite some time... 5x112 If you want confirmation go here and you'll see it shows the same bolt pattern (5x112) and offset for A4 up through current...

To answer your question more directly, YES
