might sound like a silly question but im looking to buy a set of wheels. i've found a seller and i wanted to know if there is a way for me to destinguish between genuine audi wheels vs replicas..

any suggestions would be appreciated thnx

 

Usually the stamp somewhere on the wheel. Centercaps mean nothing, since you can add them whenever. Also wheel weight - weigh the wheels - replica's tend to be heavier - not in all cases, but they are rarely the same weight as the real deal.

 

Im looking at selling my genuine98 A4 quattro turbo16 inch rims that are currently on myAudi they are in perfect nick... and so are the tyres</P>


How much could i sell em for does anyone know?</P>


I actually rang Audi and they told me that they are worth $1000 per rim! (thats in Australian dollars)</P>
