ok I thought I had seen a list! Here are the SAE oils that are approved by audi, and meet the requirements for the oil to prevent sludge build up:

I think the 1.8 was too small to power the turbo as well, and they were replacing the victims of sludge with 2.0L

Doubt the turbo is broken, since the smoke wasnt there untill I gave the engine a good 3-4k RPM. Started it a couple of times before it began smoking.

I just realized something. You said the oil pressure light came on and beeping. I thought you said BLINKING. Was it blinking or did the alarm just go off? Also have you looked around the engine to see if you can see a fresh pool of oil? Is there a strong odor? Sorry just trying to get some more specifics. White smoke could be an indicator of multiple issues, not just coolant. You can get white smoke from oil dripping on the pistons from a bad seal.

The low oil pressure alarm is gone after changing the oil pump. But no pools of oil anywhere, or no strong odor. The thing that we are considering is a bad seal in one of the valves, I will update this on wensday with a picture on how the smoke actually looks, as on wensday I get the new valve seals.

So my car now runs yet again but it's still smoking like a chimney, so here is a picture I took of the coils Name: 5KCEF.jpg

So I'm not sure what is broken but I'm still guessing head gasket. I want to change it but will need some form of guide, but I'm picking up my haynes guide tomorrow. Hopefully something willl help me in that.

is that oil around the bottom of your coil? I'm thinking its your first guess your valve cover gasket, not your head gasket. You are losing oil like a **** correct?? Either way I would definitely go ahead and replace your valve gasket if you are going to pull the cover. no sense not doing it while you have it open.
