My 2005 A6, 4.2 has been in the Audi shop for about a month to rebuild the rear diff. I got my car back and the Sirius radio was not there. I called the shop and they said they did not go near the radio. I called Sirius and they sent down another signal to activiate the radio, they got a respose back that the Sirius radio needs to be re-installed by Audi.

Is this common? Is there anything I can do. I am hoping they reload it for free.
