Sorry if this is already covered somewhere, but i wasn't able to find it. My b6 a4 3.0 Quattro has leaky shocks or struts. Most of the fluid has drained and my suspension is pretty much springs now. Very bouncy ride. I need to replace the shocks and i plan on doing this my self while i understand that it's a pretty involved project.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on brands or types of shocks to purchase for replacement. I am considering lowering springs as well, so i would like to incorporate the two projects. Anyone know of any combo kits of shocks/springs?
