After months of figuring out how I want to throw my money away, I'm in the midst of purchasing a 2004 A8L. I would like it to compete with the Mercedes c63 AMG, BMW M5, & Cadillac CTS-V. I live in California, and was disappointed after finding out I couldn't swap a 3800 sc into my Fiero unless I change my transmission to an automatic, so off to a new project. Can I slap a turbo on the A8 (v8) and pass smog in Ca?
