Default Tie Rod part numbers differences

Hey all, need to replace my outer tie rod ends.

A couple parts dealers have 2 part numbers listed for my tie rod ends anyone know which one to use or what the differences are?

I have a 2000 A6 Quattro 2.8L

The part numbers that are coming up:
8E0419811B
and
4B0419811E

And a lot of parts stores, even the one listed on this site has to kinds listed for my vehicle:
This one

and

Thanks!
