Traction Control
it will be part of the ABS system so removing its fuse should disable the traction control, ABS light will come on of course but should go out when fuse is replaced.
I have never done this to a car and would advise it either not while the system is working ok so basically its your choice " if you know what I mean "

i don't think there is one. I mean i personally don't care if it's a pain in the butt to turn back on, but i want to do burnouts... it's annoying anyway, anyhelp would be awesome

Attempting a burnout will lead to two options:
1. kill the clutch trying to spin the tires
2. Do a 5k RPM drop and murder the transfer case
Good luck killing your A4 Quattro
Unless you have a ton of horsepower and a bulit-proof transmission I wouldn't suggest you do a burnout in an AWD car.

As I was told, the Audi Traction Control System operates my cutting power when it feels a loss of traction. Is that correct? If so my problem with the Audi Traction Control System lay with two words "cutting power". I could care less if I can't do burnouts with these ****ty tires the dealership gave me, but I do not want any power loss.
However, if indeed the Audi Traction Control System operates in a different manner than mentioned above, then good game and how does it work?

You bought the wrong car for doing burnouts. Your car is pre 2000 so its not e throttle. That is the one necessary part for cutting power in the audi version of the motronic system. The reason you cant do burnouts is the quattro system. You have more traction than you do power. So you need to get either more power or less traction.
