im looking into a BOV but im not quite sure what the issue is i see some that say universal but would that work on my car could i put any BOV on it and it would blow off HELP!!!

 

no.. you have a MAF system, so whatever air comes in has to stay in.. you cant just blow it off into the atmosphere, it would throw your fuel control way off.. you need a diverter valve..which pretty much does what it says.. it diverts the air from the pressure side to the suction side.. i think there is another post in here about that..
