Hi guys

I bought my used A4 from Audi Liverpool this time last year and it is now due for a service (2005 model). When I bought it I got 2 years free servicing and came to book in the service today and they said they have no record of the free servicing and i have to show proof otherwise I have to pay. I have pulled out all the documents I got when I bought it and I have nothing with this written on it. I know categorically 100% I got it because it was one of the things that swayed me into buyiing the car.

Has anyone else has this problem and is anyone aware of anything I can do?
