Vag-Com..anyone in Northern California have one?

Vag-Com..anyone in Northern California have one?
need a vag-com in california...my check engine light just came on....car seems to be running fine..there are 2 thoughts i have of what it might be..but i'd rather have a vag-com to get the code...
1 reason may be the aftermarket stereo system..the voltage seems to be running high around 15...
2nd reason may be a low operating temperature..like the thermostat is stuck open....
